For many of us, we learned and educated by so various advertisement we saw that vitamin E and C along with the D (indeed, they are very good and beneficial to our skin but there is one that is most powerful…), but they are not. Although, the vitamin C , D and E are also important to us being one of the powerful antioxidant that we need to fight for stress, fatigue and some skin degeneration and/ or aging process, etc..

However, our skin is made of saturated fats and in order to achieve the younger or youthful -looking skin , we need to consume more saturated fats and cholesterol. BUT, taking too much of such can harm our body/ health.
